Howard D. Cox

February 15th, 1930 – January 10th, 2019

Howard D. Cox, age 88 of Macomb, IL, formerly of Vermont, IL, passed away at 2:31 pm Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Heartland Healthcare Center in Macomb, IL. He was born of February 15, 1930 in Vermont, the son of Clare D. and Nina May (Renner) Cox.

Howard is survived by several cousins.

Howard worked at Astoria Fiber Steel.

He was an Army veteran and a member of the Carroll Rankin American Legion Post of Vermont.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 15th at 2:00 pm at the Vermont Cemetery. Pastor Cody Stinnett will officiate. Military rites will be provided by the Vermont American Legion.
